Shared housing is one way to live in a community, in a large apartment or house, at an attractive price. Unlike coliving and renting a room in a private home, you will share absolutely all the spaces of your home with your roommates: kitchen, living room, yard etc. except for your room and bathroom which remains your private space. In coliving each housemate is independent of the other occupants of the home. Individual lease that ensures that they only pay their share of the rent, even if one housemate leaves.

Three private bedrooms available, each with its own full bathroom and generous closet space. Room sizes range from 120 to 202 square feet. Two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and ample closet space.

The home offers over 1,700 square feet of comfortable living space, filled with bright natural sunlight, new vinyl plank flooring throughout, and fresh interior paint. Newly installed central air unit.

Shared areas include a spacious living room, a semi-furnished open-concept living room / dining room, large kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a versatile loft/office area, and a dedicated laundry room. Most utilities included.

Enjoy the shaded backyard with a deck perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Located on a quiet street, conveniently close to parks, H-E-B, major shopping areas and 183.

Lease duration: minimum 6 months - 12 months, will extend month to month but request 45 day notice prior to vacating home.

Shared Living Agreement
To help make this a positive and comfortable living experience for everyone, a few house guidelines to follow

1. No Smoking Indoors
 For the health and comfort of everyone, smoking is not allowed inside the home, including bedrooms and common areas.
2. Pet-Free Home
 While we love animals, this is currently a pet-free household, unless the landlord has given written permission ahead of time.

3. Keeping Common Areas Clean
 Everyone shares responsibility for keeping the shared spaces tidy this includes the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and hallways.
 Please clean up after yourself and be mindful of others using the space.
 A simple cleaning rotation or agreement between roommates is encouraged to help things run smoothly.

4. Guests and Quiet Hours
 Friends and visitors are welcome! Just please be considerate of other housemates, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
5. Shared Items
 Household basics (like paper towels, dish soap, etc.) can be split or handled in whatever way the group agrees.

6. Respect and Communication
 This is a shared home, and everyone deserves to feel comfortable here. Please treat your housemates with kindness and respect.
 If something's not working or there's a concern, open and honest communication is always the best way to handle it.

7. Your Space & Shared Space
 Everyone has their own private bedroom, and we ask that all housemates respect each other's privacy.
 Feel free to use and enjoy the shared areas just leave them as you'd like to find them.

8. Safety First
 For everyone's safety, please make sure to lock up when you leave and keep doors/windows secure.
 Smoke detectors and other safety equipment should not be tampered with.
