The home has been maintained for furnished corporate stays, and the furnishings and home essentials included for the full term will be documented before move-in. Up to two pets, 50 pounds each, are considered subject to the lease terms. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, internet service, lawn care, snow removal, and trash collection. The security deposit, any ordinary-pet fee or pet rent, and the furnished inventory will be clearly documented before lease execution.
