About this House

This is a fully furnished, all utilities included, newly remodeled Mother-in-Laws home located on the same property we live on. This home has an open living/dining/kitchen area with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a huge closet. It has a rear deck overlooking a farm. No garage or carport. This is a very private, peaceful location with wooded areas at rear.

We are currently traveling and cannot show the home until the afternoon of 10-31. When we return, I will update the listing to show better photos of exterior.

The rental fee includes, rent, electric, gas, water, internet/wi-fi, security system and trash service. This is being offered on a month to month lease. Landlord or tenant can break the month to month lease agreement with a notice of 30 days. There is a possibility that Landlord may break lease agreement in 5 months to accommodate the moving in of a close friend. The occupancy is limited to 1 person with guest visiting privileges and short overnight stays allowed. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. NO PETS.

The mode or option to use Public transits system around here is barely used as it isn’t well developed or integrated into our community. Bikes and electric bikes, however, have an exceptional infrastructure and it is an alternate mode of commute around here."

The schools in Rogers are well maintained, the curriculum is strong, and the the amount of programs that are offered are robust. Eduction is important to the families that live in and around Rogers too. Also the parks in Rogers and the walking and biking trails are well maintained and they are being improved and expanded. There is a variety of housing options. Also, they are improving and adding roads to help alleviate congestion around Rogers. It’s great location, still has a small town feel but with lots of options and activities for all age groups. "

The traffic is generally easy to deal with making our commute better. Also, I love to drive through downtown Rogers each morning because it is so quaint. "

You can’t walk down the sidewalks because there are too many cars parked on them. The streets are often “one way” because of the same reason. I would not recommend this neighborhood. "
