This new, fully furnished cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a full kitchen with adjoining family room. It also features a large upstairs loft with a desk and daybed. There is no washer/dryer in the cabin; cabin tenants share a laundry facility that is adjacent to the cabin.

This cabin is located at a retreat center and is a perfect short-term rental for someone who is a working in our area (like a visiting nurse or other temporary professional). The cabin is a 10-minute drive to Independence, VA, and a 20-minute drive to Galax, VA and Sparta, NC.

The lease is $1,200 per month plus utilities. Only short-term renters will be considered (3 to 6 month leases). The cabin is located in the campground area of the Oracle Institute retreat center adjacent to the New River.

122 Oracle Summit Cir, Independence, VA 24348 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 835 sqft single-family home. "There is a wonderful park with a trail you can walk your dog. There is a basketball, court, baseball fields, tennis courts, community, pool, and the main thing about living in Independence Virginia is most of the homes have land so you actually have more space for your dogs/Animal to run Free"
