Full washer and dryer available. Full use of kitchen, dining room and living room welcome.This includes refrigerator, oven/stove, sink, coffee maker, and dish washer. Off road parking available in driveway (not garage). Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. There is no TV, but guests are welcome to provide their own.

No smoking or alcohol on the property. Please help keep things clean and tidy. Please park on right hand side of the drive way. let's talk things over before hand!

We are 35 to 40 minutes from New Orleans without having. to deal with the crime in New Orleans. We are 7 miles from the Mississippi border. The Mississippi Gulf coast is about 25 to 30 minutes away. There is entertainment to fit any budget from a variety of Hotels and Casino's to prestin beaches. "
