New Construction - ADU. Separate Structure and Address (#2). Shared yard. Close to Vista Civic Center off Alta Vista Drive. Separate driveway and parking. Owner lives on Property in Main House. Available December 1, 2025.

Owner pays for electricity, water and trash. We prefer month to month to start. Owners in main house on property. This is our first on property rental and a good fit is critical. Lower driveway currently in construction to widen for additional parking. Any small pet considered would need to meet our dog. Neighbors are great and the house is beautiful!
