Located in the exclusive Plantation Bay, right off I-95 in Ormond Beach Florida, this recently, completely fully furnished elegant contemporary pool home on the green, has had a recent 140k upgrade. Your view from inside the home and the large pool area and beyond is breathtaking, with a lake view followed by the view of the 10th hole on the green. All you see is 3-D beauty and nature with complete privacy.

The term can be extended and a discount will apply. The home has an open floor plan with a lot of glass and sliding glass doors, that can be fully opened to make the living room, Florida room and pool area all one big happy open space.This rental can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, a single person or two individuals or one couple with one child or two couples, making it a 4 person maximum rental. There are two official bedrooms and the 3rd room functions as a home office complete with desk, chair and printer.. The is also a bonus room off the main bedroom with both French and sliding glass doors, that faces the pool and Florida room,which makes a perfect personal or office space with lots of light and facing the pool and views.

No pets of any kind are allowed and we are a 100% non smoking home and property, meaning there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. This property is conveniently located to just about everything. You are one minute from I-95, An hour and 15 minutes to Orlando International airport. You are minutes from the ocean. Flagler Beach, all shopping amenities and restaurants as well as being centrally located in the State of Florida, making everything within driving distance.

The rent includes everything mentioned above. Longer stays will receive a 25% discount on the overall monthly rate. For your peace of mind, we have someone who has done extensive work on this home and In the event that something requires attention, it will be addressed promptly. You will be given his direct cell phone number as well as ours.
The entire home was painted with Ben Moore custom colors. The kitchen and laundry room are a warm sunshine yellow. The main body has different whites through out, with a wonderful ruby color in the dining room and alcoves. All trim and doors are gloss white with stainless or black hardware. The main bedroom and bath are well appointed with a king sized bed and generous bathroom with a double sink and roman tub. There is a brand new Beauty Rest mattress and box spring on an exquisite wooden frame. There is a new 40" TV, large ceiling fan and various lights. There are new 800 thread count 100% cotton sateen weave sheets and a new wool comforter. The bedroom floors are all wood as are the living, dining and Florida rooms, office, hall and second dining area. The tile floors include the kitchen, laundry, bath floors. The 2nd bedroom also has a beautiful wood frame and queen sized bed that also has a new Beauty Rest bed, cotton sheets and wool comforter along with a 32" TV. The 3rd room may be used as a home office. The entire home is a combination of beautiful original and new wood floors, tile with multiple area rugs. The living room boosts very nice comfortable furniture and a new 86" LG TV and functional base cabinet with LED accent lighting. There are cathedral ceilings and skylights through out. The formal dining room has a beautiful table that accommodates a 6 place setting with chandelier and hi-hat lighting. We have installed custom lighting and dimmers throughout the home so you can control the lighting according to your taste. The kitchen has a new commercial grade gas stove and oven as well as a powerful range hood, which is ducted directly to the outside. There is a second dining room with table and chairs off the kitchen with great views. The flow of the floor plan never boxes you in as you can go from one area directly to another by going around in a circle. We added a new LG washer and dryer with steam feature and utility sink. A new GE Fridge with upper French doors and bottom freezer was added in December complete with an ice maker. Plumbing and faucets have been upgraded throughout. The pool is equipped with a new bright, multi colored LED pool light, which allows you to select the right color for you're mood. We have added a new pool pump as well as a larger pool filtration system which keeps the water perfect and blue. For a more intimate and private pool experience, we have installed two 8' roll down waterproof privacy screens on either side of the pools screened enclosure that can be used to block any view of neighbors homes on either side in the pool area. Simply roll them up or down at your discretion. A new hedgerow now runs the entire length of the side of the property and makes the huge new stone patio all the more enchanting and private. New double French doors in the office open to a new stone patio facing the lake, which leads to the pool area. The pool is fully screened in with stairs to easily get you in and out of and at the deep end of the pool the water is 6,5 feet deep. There are indirect accent lights around the outside the of the home and pool area with a place to sit and relax. The home has ample closets through out and there is plenty of space in the large 2.5 car garage with an automatic door opener and generous wide driveway that can accommodate two vehicles side by side. We have sealed the garage floor, painted the garage and built a nice work bench for any project. Two of the cabinets in the garage are not part of this rental as they provide long term storage for Landlords personal items. For added piece of mind we have replaced or upgraded systems such as new water heater, faucets, garbage disposal and HVAC components and have had all duct work professionally cleaned so you are breathing fresh air through clean ducts with no impurities that contribute to allergies or respiratory issues. We have also had all the floors, area rugs and material furnishings professionally steam cleaned so everything is fresh and deep down clean We pay all real estate taxes, HOA fees, garbage and recycling, propane gas, electric and water/sewer, weekly pool and spa maintenance, weekly lawn and property maintenance and provide a free streaming TV service and high speed internet package through Spectrum and include a Roku box in order to access even more streaming content. You will be charged a one time cleaning fee of 350.00 which will be performed at the end of your stay.So whether you're here for the winter, designing and building your next home, here for work, on assignment or extended getaway to enjoy life or explore all Florida has to offer and if you appreciate quality and are some what a detailed oriented and discerning individual, then you have arrived at the right place, as this is a unique product in a safe, secure and quiet high end area.
