The bedroom has a 10 foot wide closet and on the opposite wall is a 3 1/2 foot gentleman's closet and it also has a built-in dresser. In the back is a small fenced in yard, two sheds, the roof was repaired and no leaks at this time. On the roof is an empty cage, nothing inside. There is room for two cars to park in the carport. The park maintains the trees and the owners are responsible for bushes and other vegetation. The park credit score requirement is 700 or above. Low space rent including gas, water, sewer, trash, paramedics. Electric is SCE, billed separately to home owner. This home is being sold as is.
