Traner is a good school to go to. People say its bad because of the kids being bad a school but its not. Some kids at traner don't ask for help when needed and affects there learning if they asked for help when needed the school would have better testing scores but overall its a good school to go to but effort is needed to succeed and get good test scores. I like that the traner staff work hard to teach there students to succeed in life and using variety of methods to teach there students.

First of all the traffic is horrendous and the busses situation is terrible second there is a severe lack of chairs just stools with no lumbar support. Then there is the worst lunch lines, I wasn't able yo eat most of the time. Lastly the halls are packed.

I work at the University of Nevada, which is nearby, and my daughters have gone to Lemelson for three years. We chose Lemelson because our work schedules didn't support sending our children to our in-district school. I was initially very concerned about sending my children to Lemelson because of the poor test scores. What I have found is a small school full of caring, dedicated professionals that are committed to providing the best possible education with the resources they have. My daughters have been exposed to children and cultures that she would not get to experience if she had gone to our districted school and I think that has helped make her a better person. She has received top marks on her standardized tests and I am continuously amazed at the progress she makes and how happy school makes her.
