Shopping malls are only a short distance with new stores being built daily as expansion continues. 407, the nearest highway is being expanded to four lanes. This home is laid out well situated on the property to allow sufficient room in the back for a pool and a tennis court on the side as well as space to add either a second storage building or another garage.
