Clean! House is clean and well maintained. Just repainted exterior and interior was recently repainted. Has large living area . Central hvac. Ceiling fans. Tile floors except carpet in bedrooms. Bedrooms are on the smaller size, don't think large enough for king size bed with dresser. Fenced back yard. Off street parking for two vehicles. Covered patio.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit can not be used as last month's rent. Late charges are assessed for late rent. Standard rental agreement requires one year lease initially and then goes month to month. Neighbor is quiet, street is only one block long, one block off Midland Dr. Landlord prefers a non-smoking tenant. Normal wear and tear covered by Landlord, other damage can be repaired by landlord at nominal charge.
