We understand how hard it can be to find an affordable place for your family therefore we're very flexible and welcome everyone. Pets are welcome, no smoking is allowed inside the property. Move-in cost is very simple and all we will need is your first month rent at your move- in date and $2500 refundable security deposit plus $250 none refundable admin fees. Pet fees is $40 per pet and tenant is responsible for their own utilities, water, sewer, garbage, yard maintenance fees. If you have any questions, concerns or need clarification, please contact us. I have loved how the administration is so welcoming to parents that want to volunteer and open to ideas for ptsa events. The staff and teachers I have had contact with have been very helpful and responsive if my children have had any issues. I do feel like for such a large school they do a great job making it feel like a small town and getting to know the families.
