Fresh paint and flooring throughout with some brand new appliances. Brand new Pergo TimberCraft Elite waterproof flooring throughout the living areas with brand new Stainmaster soft luxurious carpet in the bedrooms. New granite kitchen countertops and stainless-steel farm sink complete the look. The open floor plan, with living, dining and kitchen flowing together, makes for a great entertaining space. "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
