Beautiful inside and out. The roof is tile and the exterior paint is very good. The inside has tile, carpet and wood flooring all good The interior paint is newer and all the colors are earth tones except one wall which you can see in the pictures. All the windows have plantation style shutters except one window in the den has long shear lace type drapes. The bathrooms have been extensively updated with Italian granite and gold faucets and fixtures. The kitchen has been updated. The countertops are corian and the cabinets are white and in very good shape. The kitchen has all good working appliances, a pantry and has lots of cabinet space. The laundry room is a good size, with sink, cabinets and has good appliances. The fire place is gas and has a granite seat in front of it. The wetbar has the same granite top. The wetbar has a wine rack and plenty of storage for all your party favorites. The workshop in the backyard is insulated and drywalled, has electrical outlets throughout, ceiling fan and lighting. Also the shop has a pull down latter for easy access which leads into a full attick for lots of storage. The 2 car garage has lots of built in storage and plenty of room for 2 cars. The garage door is newer. The gas heater is a 2009 model, the air conditioning is newer, the hot water heater is new. All the windows have wrought iron security and the front double doors have a beautiful wrought iron security gate. The backyard and side fences are 6 feet high block walls. The gates and fencing between the block walls and house are wrought iron. The house has recycle once a week and a ally with blacktop rocks for dust control in the back for trash/ provided by the city.
Neighborhood Description
Living in the Central corridor is a great place to live, 2 miles from the Biltmore fashion square and about 1 mile from the 202 highway. Fantastic mix of retired and working people with children, the neighbors are great and very friendly. All the yards in this naiborhood are kept up very good.
