House has three other bedrooms currently being rented by students. This bedroom is on the second floor with one other bedroom across the hall with the bathroom in-between bedrooms.

Bedroom has a full-sized bed, a desk and chair, side table, renter can bring their own furniture if desired

On the main floor of the house is a shared furnished living room, dining room/study area, a full bathroom, a full kitchen with gas appliances, and an eat-in kitchen. The basement is finished with a storage area and a full sized washer and dryer for tenant use.

There is a spacious shared backyard with a patio and outdoor sitting space for tenants to use. The house has plenty of off-street parking available for tenant use.

The house has central heat and air-conditioning, but the upstairs bedrooms also have a window unit air-conditioner and built-in wall heater for more temperature control throughout the year. Tenants are responsible for 1/4 of utilities, landscaping and trash are paid for by landlord.

No Pets

Available April 4th for short or long term availability. Rent is $775 per month as well as utilities which will be back billed monthly.
