This is a NON-SMOKING property. Owner pays for the yard maintenance. Minimum qualifications: ALL applicants must have a credit score of 640 or higher; minimum household income of $4080; non-smoking; current photo ID and SS number; verifiable income; positive references from land lords for the past 5 years; no evictions; pass complete background check; and maximum occupancy is 4 people. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Renter must obtain and list owner of property on their renter's insurance policy. Lease term is one year with an opportunity to renew. There is a $45 non-refundable application fee thru Zillow. Rent is $1360 per month with a security deposit of $1360 both of which are due at signing. Rents are processed on the 1st of each month via ACH. Pet friendly. A non-refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet (limit of one dog not to exceed 50 lbs.) also due at signing, is required if applicable. Please note: applicants who have completed an application, met minimum requirements, and passed the background check will take priority for setting up showings.

    "I have lived here for a year and am surprised I haven't been robbed yet. Seriously, if you're going to live in this city live on the south side, not the north..or don't live here. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
