No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors or outdoors
Tennant must have renters insurance with coverage for personal belongings and guest injury liability protection
Tenant shall maintain the premises in clean and good condition and shall promptly notify the Landlord of any repair needs.
Landlord may enter the premises with at least 24 hours notice for any reason
A 30 day notice will be required for lease termination if the tenant does not wish to renew the lease agreement after 12 months
