The bedrooms are good size with ample closet space. There is a nice balcony to enjoy and you will have 2 assigned off street parking spaces in the carports. The property comes with a shared laundry room onsite and on-site management. Sorry but no smoking and pets are not allowed. This is a beautiful, quiet building with quiet respectful neighbors. There is many many businesses on Main Street and a big grocery store for a department store it is a quick eight minute drive up Seal Beach Blvd. You really technically would never need to leave Seal for any basic goods."
