Lawncare and pool service is included so you don't have to worry about that. The home offers a two-car garage and a decently sized driveway for extra vehicles. No HOA and is very close to shopping and restaurants. If I do not answer my phone, feel free to leave a text, I respond to texts as well.

The tenant is responsible for all of the normal household bills. Electricity, water, garbage, cable, internet, etc. No smoking inside of the house, that includes the garage. You can smoke in the back yard or in the front yard. Cats are welcome at a $50 fee. Dogs are welcome at $150 any breed is welcome. You must also be sanitary when it comes to your animals, picking up waste, etc.
