About this House

Two-bedroom, one bath home available for rent. Water, sewer, trash pick-up and lawn maintenance is included in rent and the range is provided. Refrigerator, washing machine and dryer can remain in the home if tenant wishes to use it but is provided as-is. Attached storage room located on back of home for outdoor storage.

Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.

Pets are not permitted, but size and breed restrictions may apply. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet. This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property.

    "It’s note bad. Everything is manageable. Once you learn how to commute and learn the areas it a piece of cake. You can literally learn this city in. No time. Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

    "There are dogs and cats , squirrels, birds etc. here. There are a lot of families with children. Many people walk the neighborhood. Some people have golf carts they drive around the area. Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
