"Hampton Ave/Dresden St and Blackshear Ave are very busy roads. People tend to fly down these roads. If you have pets that roam freely without a fence or a leash, I wouldn’t live on these particular roads. Everywhere else is fine. The neighborhood is doggie friendly as in there are lots of dog people living here and the dogs are friendly as well. There are a few houses with chickens so caution if your dog likes chickens . Lol 😂 Cat, foxes, bunnies, an occasional deer and so forth cross into your yard from time to if you don’t have a fence. All friendly though. "

"Many houses in this area have spacious yards for children. Be aware that CSX rail lines run trains frequently a few blocks from this neighborhood."
