The house comes with a full kitchen with a small dining space. The living space is a large size with lots for room for relaxing. There is a washer and dryer just off of the bathroom. The bathroom has been recently renovated. There is off-street parking for up to two vehicles. Tenants responsible for all utilities.

    "There are too many to name. However, Downtown Friday Nights in the summer are fun for all ages. There is a Fall Festival and a great Holiday Light Parade in December. Spearfish is a great place to live because of the beauty, friendly people, and lots of things to do."
