available 7/13/24 $1500/mo and $1500 deposit. 1 year lease.
2 bedrooms, (larger 1st bedroom / 2nd bedroom is smaller) bathroom, small living and dining room, kitchen, refrigerator, stove, baseboard heat are on premises. Quiet street. street parking in front and off street parking in back.
all utilities paid by renter. renter must maintain yard. no smoking on property. renters insurance required. 1 dog ok with references.

Gross income of 3 x monthly rent, 600 credit, and references will be thoroughly checked. no exceptions. All interested parties will be send a short pre-application before any in person showings are set up. NO personal information or fee will be asked, but you should be able to give me some basic info about what your looking for before I set up showings in person.
