    "We moved here from Louisiana 2 1/2 years ago. When we moved to the neighborhood the sidewalks were well lit, however they haven’t been for a couple months after we moved here.. we would love to have them back on in our neighborhood "

    "Access to Toll 49 is less than a mile from our neighborhood which has substantially reduced our commute. Old Jacksonville Hwy is currently being widened and will also reduce trip time to city center."

    "Very convenient. Within a 10 minute drive to all types of shopping and restaurants. Short drives to FRESH and the new shopping center at Cumberland Park. The new Toll Road 49 is very accessible, less than a mile away which gives you close access to Chandler Lindale and I-20. Toll 49 also allows you to easily get around Tyler avoiding traffic. Excellent schools. Very friendly neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed knowing so many of our neighbors. We felt very safe, very kid friendly. "
