This cute and quirky home is one of kind. This home has been loved by us the last 3 and 1/2 years. It has 7 outbuildings including 2 chicken coops, 2 storage buildings, 2 garages (2 car and 1 car ), and a building that used to be the town's Barber shop. The big selling points for this house are the .5 acre yard with creek access and a large beautiful cherry tree right in the middle of the yard. You can use the coops and bring your family.

This home has been used as a small farm.
There is a large garden please use as you please just leave any existing bushes or trees.
The lease duration is 18 months but is negotiable.
No smoking is permitted in the home or outbuildings.
