Our home is located in Lower Tahoe Donner, near the intersection of Basel Pl and Lausanne St. Our home is fully-furnished within close proximity to downtown. Single-level living. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking and meal preparation. Linens and towels provided. Recent upgrades include: New master bed, quartz countertops, microwave, garbage disposal, Bosch quiet sound dishwasher and oven range, Energy Star Certified furnace with Nest thermostat, fireview gas stove, upgraded insulation in 2023, LED lighting throughout and new recessed lighting. New hot water heater in 2024. Detached single-car garage with space for storage of skies. A flat, wide driveway with off-street parking for a maximum of 2 additional cars. Snow-blower for walkway is provided. Walkway is exposed and must be maintained by the tenant.
