"Not much to do for kids. Bad schools. Almost no parks in the area, side walks randomly cease. It’s 100+degrees for 2/3rds of the year. Don’t recommend "

"They would like the decent space the dogs have in the yards and close walks to Jacob’s Park. At the park, there is a dog park as well. They may not like reckless drivers that cut through the neighborhood streets at times. This would usually occur at night though. There are many dogs in this neighborhood, mostly friendly and very few would ever get out. "

"I like this area it's so beautiful ther a lot of houses and the neighborhood are very good people and the school for my children's is close "

"It is centrally located near Reid Park. You can easily walk to the bus stops nearby. It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away. There is also a fire station nearby, but not too close to be disturbing. "
