"Very good schools in the area. It’s quite not much noise. People friendly. Houses not so close together."
  • Amziphone
"There are no sidewalks to walk dogs safely plus there are occasionally stray dogs or dogs who’ve escaped house/fences. I do not walk my dogs in this area. "
  • Amziphone
"Occasionally there are stray dogs. Some dogs enclosed in fences will often charge, and threaten to jump the fence. I chose not to walk my dogs in this neighborhood. "
  • Jacquelyn H.
"NICE AREA SOME NEIGHBORS CAN BE LOUD BUT OTHERWISE ITS GOOD. CURRENTLY IN AN APARTMENT BUT DEFINITELY LOOKING FOR A HOME. ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR SOMEWHERE CLOSE IN PROXIMITY TO WHERE WE ARE NOW. THERE ARE A FEW GOOD FASTFOOD RESTAURANTS TO EAT AT AS WELL I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS AREA TO LIVE. FORESTDALE IS CLOSE TO EXPRESSWAY AND DOWNTOWN "
  • Trulia User
"not sure i think the area is safe for kids...never known of any issues or problems just a family environment "
  • Wendy C. L.
"This used to be a nice neighborhood but drugs and crime are taking over quickly. Don't waste your time coming to Forestdale. Schools in the area are just as bad."
  • Phyllis J.
"We have Senior events for the community. We have game night on Monday night. Bible Study on Tuesday. "
  • Phyllis J.

  • Amy_n_maple
"We don’t have neighborhood events, but it is a good place to live and very convenient to downtown and highways. "
