About this House

Roof inspection passed March 11, 2021! We paid extra for a 30 year roof. NOT For Sale by Original Owner, no low ball investors! 2% Buyers agent ok. NO LISTING AGENTS! DO NOT CONTACT if you are not an actual home buyer or buyers agent! I will not show the property unless the buyer has written proof of financial prequalification. Will not show unless the buyer is prequalified by a financial institution or has other documentation.

Excellent NWISD schools.
New Central AC system 2019. Kitchen remodeled 2018 New 20 x 25 patio poured 2018. We have too much stuff for good room pictures. The house has been very well maintained. "We can provide a detailed home inspection." Radiant barrier and extra wall insulation, but still good cell reception in the house. Energy bills are lower than average. Never over $400/mo Last 12 month average for water, gas AND electric was $360! Largest Backyard in the neighborhood, remodeled kitchen. open concept, quiet street, all bedrooms are downstairs, TONS of storage in the easy access attic. HOA swimming pool is one block away. Reason for selling, we are leaving the state for personal reasons but have no set schedule. We do not want to close before August of 2021. Zillow says High School is Byron Nelson, our kids went to Northwest High School but I think this area is Easton High School now?

Home Depot, Target and various shops and restaurant coming soon. I like the area and it's fairly quite. A new large park within a few miles will be opening in summer 2014 with lots amenities including a dog park. This neighborhood has it's own greenbelt walking trail and community pools. Great schools! Great neighbors!"
