Owner will do a minnimum twice a year property check, or as needed. Tenant must keep power, water, trash pickup and renter's insurance. The yard must be maintained. Smoking is not allowed inside the home nor will pets be allowed. Power will be placed in the renters name, however water and trash will remain in my name and renter will pay those amounts each month.

    "I dislike living in Decatur. The only good thing about it so far is that it is cheap to live here, but I do not feel safe when I'm out of the house. I constantly have to worry if my car will be stolen or vandalized while I'm not paying attention. I constantly hear gunshots at night, emergency vehicle sirens, noisy train horns, people getting into loud arguments and fistfights, it seems like it never stops. The air in Decatur reeks like cheap dog food if you're lucky, and like a wastewater treatment plant if you're not."
