Bedrooms/Bonus: 2 Small bedrooms are in attic, three are on 2nd floor. There are three "extra" rooms on first floor that have been used in the past as an office, music room, master bedroom, playroom, etc.

Bathrooms: Two tiled bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs one has a tub with washer and dryer hookups and a "folding" counter. The downstairs one has a roll-in handicapped accessible shower.

Kitchen: L shaped with nearly 24' of counter space and a breakfast bar. Two kitchen sinks! Double oven. Dishwasher. Lots of cabinetry. Microwave cabinet. Walk in pantry with space for a freezer and/or optional 2nd washer/dryer hookup. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room to fit your oversized table.

Storage: In the home, each hallway has built in cabinetry, with at least four large drawers and cupboards! In addition, there are several "cubbies" for those rarely used items (ie Christmas) and an unfinished/unheated basement.

Outside: Large wrap around porch. Large yard. Lot of trees. Single car garage/garden shed. Greenhouse. Double car carport. Pasture with possible access to 2nd pasture and/or cemented shop and/or /barn. Driveway is shared with two other homes. Merry-go-round, pull up bars, swing set.

Updates: New roof and gas furnace with AC. Recently painted in and out. Recently refinished wood floors throughout.
