Well kept and clean, this unit had neutral tile flooring installed in the entire lower level and all upstairs wet areas in 2018. 2in. faux wood blinds cover all windows. Refrigerator, garbage disposal, and toilets all replaced in 2018. The French doors leading to the backyard were replaced in 2013 and the A/C unit was installed in 2013. NO PETS.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
