Rent due 3rd of each month- late charge assessed after. Owner pays for water- restrictions apply; renter responsible for other utilities and lawn care service. In addition to other routine maintenance: TBA. No pets. Maximum occupancy 5. No smoking on premises. Renter have access to 70% of garage.

Initial lease agreement 1 yr. Unable to accommodate voucher programs, Smoking is prohibited in rental unit or on property outside: common areas. Renter must adhere to City noise ordinances, local laws, proper disposal of trash and recyclables. Only vehicles being used daily allowed on property: no auto repairs allowed on premises. Must be open to home inspections; landlord entry for maintenance, emergency etc.
