The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs, the 2nd bedroom includes an attached bathroom with full sized bathtub. The 3rd bedroom has access to the second story patio overlooking the lake and the neighborhood. This bedroom is spacious and open, great spot for an office or play area for the kids.

Inside the private gated community live multiple dozens of deer. At any given time of the day you can have the chance to see 4-15 deer in the yard or walking through the open areas behind the house or right down the street out front. It is amazing! Included in your stay will be a large bucket of deer corn which you can use to attract the deer.

The house is very nicely organized and is furnished with top of the line amenities including all new appliances, washer and dryer and a very large one car enclosed garage with TONS of storage room and driveway, large fire pit perfect for a s'mores (of course),

GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE
I can not say enough about the great location and neighborhood. Our front porch is an awesome place to relax and entertain family and friends. There are multiple things to love about this house location. The first is the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It really allows you to hear all of the offerings of mother nature that surround the house, from the chirping of the numerous types of birds to the waves of the water crashing on the shore on a windy day. If you listen carefully at night you can hear the chiming of the church bells from across the lake at the top of every hour. Another thing I love about this house is all the patio space. The 544 sqft front porch sits atop of a steep hill and gives you a great raised view on the neighborhood and the lake. The patios flow into the living areas and are very wide open which make for great family time. A third thing I love about this property is the DEER!! They show up at coffee time in hurds and and eat in the yard then move on, just to see them once again going the other direction in the evening hours. Lastly, the house is open and inviting, the natural sunlight pours into the house which makes feel like you are at a resort with views of the tree tops and lake.

Looking to rent for 12 months but open to shorter lease options with a slight increase in monthly rent. Pets are allowed. Great dog friendly neighborhood.
