Located off Pine Ave. it's only a couple blocks away from all of the downtown Pine Ave. restaurants and night-life. Also very close to the Pike, Shoreline Village, beach, 710 freeway and less than 5 miles away from CSULB.

Small pet under 25 pounds is accepted with an additional deposit.

    "Access to public transportation is good but A line needs better cleaning service and more security presence. Lots of sketchy opportunistic predators on certain stretches. Local transit is well maintained but schedules don't coordinate well with other lines. "
