Beautiful gardens, access to tidal pools, sandy beach at low tide, fishing, kayaking and swimming all available outside your door. A quiet neighborhood with great walking, restaurants, shops, art and theater nearby. Off street parking.
* there is an optional loft apartment for two adults that can be added at an additional cost if it is a available.

This is a short term summer rental. The rent is $7000/WEEK not month. No smoking on premises. No parties or events. There is a $1000 security deposit as well as a $250 cleaning fee. Water activities are at the owners own risk. Kayaks available.
There is a year round tenant on the property with their own entrance and sitting area. Please contact me directly for further information.

    "We have fiesta every summer, a carnival basically and a parade for the fellow Italians to rejoice, and those not Italian. We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment. Beautiful seaside spot for good food, shops, historical landmarks, parks, beaches, etc. Much love for this town and the beauty behind it. "
