I can attend a Broadway show and be home in minutes depending on the traffic. Always parking and a very peaceful place to live."

    "People walk their dogs all the time. Dog owners are friendly and so are the dogs. Not a concern to live in the neighborhood at all. As a dog owner myself. I do not like to hear barking all day as some dogs tend to do. "
