"I have lived in the area for 18 years. The Califon area is rich in history, and has many conveniences. It is a safe, quiet community that is ideal for raising a family as it has excellent schools. In the immediate area you can grocery shop, bank, go to one of several wonderful restaurants, there are two liquor stores, 4 pizza shops, a jeweler, a health food store, yoga studio, accountants, lawyers, insurance agents, two hair and nail salons, a place for martial arts, a butcher shop, a spa, a lumber and hardware store, a consignment shop, a thrift shop and art shop, a landscaping/ farmers market, a commercial fruit orchard, two cleaners, a pet grooming shop, a pet store, a drug store, artisans and craftsmen and more. And all this set in a picturesque tranquil countryside with parks and trails. What more could you want?"
