Floors are stained scored concrete in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Each house has a large 2 car garage with an automatic garage door. The front yards are landscaped and the lawns are maintained by the landlord. Each home has its own private back yard, fenced for pets. Pets allowed with additional deposits. The units are less than 5 minutes from TSTC, L3 and IH35 and about 10 minutes from Baylor University. Connally ISD. No utilities included with the rent.
