The home is beautifully furnished on 1. 5 acres between the beach and the town of Westerly. It is convenient to everything. The Studio is a converted garage space connected to a larger home through a breezeway, which serves as a buffer. It has 2 private entrances, is beautifully furnished, quiet, and peaceful with a private side yard, patio and grille. The mattress is new and it has big windows, great morning light - room darkening shades, AC/ heat Nest thermostat, ceiling fans, wooden floors, high speed internet, a reclining couch, storage, and more.

There is no stove, but lots of electric cooking equipment and an outdoor grill. Great neighborhood. Walk to town. Short drive to beaches and walking trails. Yet it feels like you are in the woods.

Temporary rental period up until May 1, 2026. 2 month rental minimum.
