Family friendly neighborhood - Great schools - Close to downtown Saco

Within walking distance to parks, schools, restaurants and shops and a three minute drive to Route 95 extension.

Heat, hot water, sewer, trash removal (town) and plowing included in rent - tenant would be responsible for electricity, Wi-Fi and any other utilities

Rent is $1950 per month, which includes heat, hot water, plowing and yard maintenance.

First month's rent + $1950 security deposit and signed 12-month lease due upon move in.

We accept most housing subsidies - Section 8, BRAP, etc.

Most pets are considered with payment of a one-time nonrefundable pet fee.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
