This posting is for land/lot in the city of Sumter. There is a house on the property which is currently uninhabitable/needs rehabbing. I have an agreement with the city who is going to demolish the home and clear the lot - timeline unknown at this time. The sale is for the land only with the understanding that the home may or may not be salvageable. Cash only - No financing.

There is no additional charge for the demolition/clearing of house. If you would like to "save" the house you would need to file paperwork with codes enforcement showing that you will be rehabbing the house up to current code. Prior owner boarded up windows and they appear intact. Reason it went to demo list was that it was vacant for long time and was not being maintained.
Home is a duplex with 4 rooms to each side, and separate electric meters.
