12 E. Preston is very conviently located in the heart of the cultural center of Baltimore, with the symphony, opera and a modern movie house being within 2.5 blocks.

Penn Station,with easy access to DC via MARC, and AMTRAK's nation-wide network is 2 short blocks away. The John's Hopkins Shuttle also stops at Penn Station. City bus stops going North, South, East, and West are within a block.

There are numerous resturants of many types within 4 blocks.

It is hard to find a more convient location in Baltimore, especially if city driving is not "your thing!"

The ground floor "Basement" is rented furnished.

1. Lease terms are negiotable, but all leases are for a minimum of 1 year.
2. No smoking is allowed in the entire building.
3. There is noon-site parking, but youir lease will allow you to get a parking permitted sticker.

    "It’s always someone walking their dogs in the midtown area so your dog can meet a friend or two while you’re out walking. I wish their were water fountains and mor poop bags in the area"
