A large, nicely furnished ground-floor apartment in a prime location.
12 E. Preston is very conviently located in the heart of the cultural center of Baltimore, with Penn Station, the symphony, opera and a modern movie house being within 3 blocks.

Penn Station, with easy access to DC via MARC, and AMTRAK's nation-wide network is 2 short blocks away. The John's Hopkins Shuttle also stops at Penn Station. City bus stops going North, South, East, and West are also within a block.

There are numerous resturants of many types within 4 blocks.

It is hard to find a more convient location in Baltimore, especially if city driving is not "your thing!"

The ground floor "Basement" is rented nicely furnished.

1. Lease terms are negiotable, but all leases are for a minimum of 1 year.
2. No smoking is allowed in the entire building.
3. There is noon-site parking, but youir lease will allow you to get a parking permitted sticker.
4. Tenants are required to keep the hallway, mailbox area, and two small entrance ways clean, with specific responsibilities assigned to specific apartments.
