4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children attended this school - and from some comments I have read, some people are just out to bash what they don't understand. All of my children went on to higher education, including Master's degrees, and a doctorate. This could not have been achieved without a firm base in educational principles. Granted, they each had some "sub-par" instruction over the years, but had enough self-motivation (and some parental prodding) to excel beyond what was presented in class. Some of the staff during their years was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. I firmly believe you will get out of your educational experience only what you are willing to put into it. This school offered opportunity to PARTICIPATE - if the student is willing to do the classwork to remain eligible. Had THE BEST music program in SW MO, top math program, top science experience - I don't claim this is "the best" school in the state, but I'd put it up against any other of its class (size) in all of southwest missouri!
