8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is AMAZING!!! No matter what happens we are all a big happy family. Teachers at model are wonderful! No one is left behind we are learn everything we need to. We have LOADS of fun and we learn A LOT! If we do the right things we get to do fun things. If your looking for a great school this is DEFINITELY the right place!Other Review8y ago - Model High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter attended model for two years and my son is currently an 8th grader at model. Our experience has been almost exclusively positive. Both of my children's grades improved quickly and dramatically at Model. Kay White and the other counselors are quick to get involved with the students. The environment is welcoming and safe. The school is clean and well organized. Every teacher that my kids have had has been fantastic. My kids are not what one would call outgoing. Every member of the staff that I or my children have interacted with have, in ways both big and small, played a part in making them engage, and stay engaged. The principals and vice principals are great. All of them, from the elementary school, middle and high school care about their students and school, and it shows. There is always room for improvement, but Model Schools, and my kids' experiences there, have been the best part of living in Rome. The improvements that could be made will require the county school system to free up some money for athletic facilities and equipment, and infrastructure and equipment to modernize some of the educational aids.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 12 Bennett Way.

"The local community is very close knit and continually looking out for each other. Yet not to the extreme of being in each other’s business too much. Local public transit is certainly in need of improvement. The area is for the most part very well maintained and has a nice visual appeal and cleanliness. A fair amount of variety in regards to activities, shopping and dining. "
