This is a large private bedroom (14X12) plus large walk in closet (5X7). I am looking for a respectful clean female roommate. The rental is for private bedroom with walk in closet and a shared bathroom, kitchen and utilities. Spacious bedroom with good lighting and ventilation. Bedroom will be delivered vacant. There is a backyard area that can be used privately as well. Safe neighborhood in Walnut Creek at San Marcos apartments.
There is plenty of safe parking within the complex and off-street parking is also available for guests. Laundry room on site and there is a pool that can be used with two guests.

Utilities shared 50/50 for water, garbage, pg&e and wifi Approx. $120 p/month. No pets, overnight guests (ok if emergency or friend fly in weekend), no smoking, alcohol or drugs. I am a single female student in my 40's and pretty much keep to myself. I am clean, respectful, chill and hope you are too. Bathroom and Kitchen is pretty well maintained during the week with a deep cleaning once a week for countertops, kitchen, toilet and tub. You will have space within bathroom, kitchen, fridge and freezer for your own personal belongings. Plenty of parking around here. Pool is great for those hot days and there is also a club house right next to the laundry room. I don't have many guests over my place and I am pretty private, quiet for most part and very respectful. Avid hiker. Looking for like minded person.

    "Lots of people walk their dogs in neighborhoods. A handful of nice dog parks. Handful of open spaces with specific areas you can let your dog off leash. Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist. This area is not immune to that. "
