This unit is normally rented to a business person who is staying in the Jacksonville Florida area for six months to a year. It is set up for one person and priced for one person you will be asked to show your drivers license, and have no former evictions. A background check will be performed at the property management expense. The interior is a combination of carpets and hardwood. The bathrooms and kitchens have been updated. The kitchen has pots pans dishes, flatware, refrigerator & microwave. You are 10 minutes from I 95 or I295, 35 minutes from Jacksonville downtown and 35 minutes from Saint Augustine. They are approximately 25 minutes from Jacksonville Beach or 30 min from Ponte Vedra Beach and world Golf. You are within five minutes of Walmart Publix shopping and fabulous restaurants.

Flexible lease three month minimum - can be extended up to one year or more.

No smoking or vaping or use of candles on the premises. No pets. All utilities are included, including your fast Internet. 2 TVs in the home one in the bedroom - one in the living room. There is an eat in kitchen . All utilities are included, including your fast Internet. There's a beautiful lake in the back and a sunroom which you are permitted to use bring your barbecue and cook out over the lovely lake and beautiful private surroundings. You have a private entrance or you can enter through the garage. The garage is not included in the rental but you are permitted to park in front of the garage.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood cul-de-sac and absolutely no parties will be permitted and no loud noise or music after 8 PM. Any other details, we can discuss in person and include in the deal.
