the sun for a while and maybe watch TV. Of course, there are other places to sit,
including on sun loungers around the pool, and at the breakfast bar and dining tables,
both inside and outside.
SPACE TO PREPARE AND ENJOY FOOD
Everything is modern and high-end in the chef's kitchen, with quality pots and pans
and a full range of glasses, cups, plates and cutlery to ensure you have all you need
to prepare and enjoy your favorite food. And yes, there's a dishwasher to handle all
the cleaning up afterwards.
When it comes to sitting down and enjoying what you've created, take your pick from
dining tables inside and outside the house, as well as stools at the breakfast bar, a
great place to sip coffee made using the Keurig in the kitchen.
OUTSIDE SPACE TO ENJOY
Of course, you'll be wanting to make the most of the great weather when you stay
here, and with green space at the front of the house, and a heated swimming pool at
the back, you'll have plenty of opportunity to do just that. Sun loungers arranged
around the pool give you somewhere to dry off and cool down after you've taken a
dip.
There's also table and chairs in the fully fenced back yard for your outdoor dining
occasions, when you can get tongs at the ready and cook delicious food on the
Weber gas grill.
SPACE TO WORK
If someone in your group has work to do, there's a workstation adjacent to the kitchen
with a desk and chair. Plug in your laptop and enjoy the fast WiFi that will ensure it's easy for you to send updates and completed work to whoever needs to see it.
SPACE TO SLEEP
This home has 3 bedrooms all of which are presented to boutique hotel standard, with
quality mattresses and bedding as well as plenty of storage space for your clothes,
bags and other belongings including a walk-in closet.
There's a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen in the second and two singles
in the third. Over to you to decide who sleeps where!
SPACE TO FRESHEN UP
Whether you're a fan of showers, more traditional baths or a mix of the two, you can
freshen up your way in this house. Both bathrooms feature modern suites, one with a
tub and shower overhead, the other a walk-in shower. Towels will be provided by
your hosts, and there's plenty of space to store whatever toiletries you plan to bring.
Speaking of cleaning, there's also a washer and dryer in the house that you're
welcome to use, especially handy for those longer stays.
SPACE TO PARK
Make the most of the driveway parking space right outside your front door. You won't
have far to wheel your bags when you arrive, and you'll always have somewhere free
and convenient to park during your stay.
Guest access
The whole house, including the pool outside and all of the rooms inside will be
accessible to you, as you enjoy exclusive use of the villa for the duration of your booking.

"Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Ride or walk to the greenway, zoo or conservancy in minutes. One of the last original old Naples neighborhoods. Lake Park is transforming quickly, but remains a super value compared to surrounding areas. "

"Great place to walk a dog. Lovely and quiet and safe. Inspiring nature and good friendly people. What a wonderful place to be. Near the beach too. Very happy about that. I highly suggest you check it out yourself and get a better feel of the place. Near 5th Avenue and other places. It’s one of the best places in the country if you ask me. Never seen a crime and heard only good things from others I’ve met talking to locals who have lived here a long old time. Enjoying it all. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Very good. So much to look forward to. My English is not the best but I hope I have conveyed a good picture on how good this is as a place to be and walk a dog. In fact I saw a big dog here last week. A Great Dane. What a Huge dog he was. Such a calm dog too. I was very impressed. You may see him fine on 7th ave near 6th street. Check it out. Also your neighbors are wonderful quiet and sweet. No crazy people with loud music except maybe one if two who speak with loud voices sometimes. Never too long. It’s alright."
