Pets considered with pet fee. Approx. 2000 sq ft., $2,800 per month plus deposit and utilities. Application $60 after telephone pre-screening.

Strong references and a solid source of income is required. Experience living rurally is a plus.

It is rural but close to the Historic Jacksonville district with fine restaurants, shops and entertainment. The Britt Festival concerts are an annual summer event which brings top entertainment to southern Oregon. A delightful place to live and enjoy."
