Inside, the kitchen is outfitted with a matching GE appliance suite including a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, along with a walk-in pantry for extra storage. A whole-house LifeSource water filtration system delivers clean, softened water throughout. The living space flows seamlessly from the kitchen and dining room, creating a natural gathering spot for everyday moments, while every bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan/light combo for added comfort and style.

The primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, while a second bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom, creating a separate guest suite with added privacy and the flexibility to serve as an independent living space, home office, or additional personal-use area. The remaining bedrooms offer additional flexibility to accommodate a variety of needs.

Built in 2021, this move-in-ready home is located in the Vail School District and offers convenient access to local amenities, shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation.

Cats and dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two medium-sized dogs.

Pet Policy: Dogs and Cats Allowed with the following exceptions: 2 medium sized dogs max

APPLICATION: $65 Application Fee Per Applicant 18 years or older (Nonrefundable). Once all required documents have been submitted by every applicant, please allow 24-72 business hours for processing. Move-in dates more than 21 days after application approval require additional approval.

LEASE LENGTH: 12-month minimum (longer lease terms may be negotiable)

INITIAL MOVE-IN COSTS: Applicants may choose between a traditional security deposit or a Security Deposit Alternative program. A one-time lease preparation fee of $250 plus the first month's rent is due prior to move-in. If the applicant has a pet, a $150 nonrefundable pet fee per pet applies.

RECURRING MONTHLY COSTS: A 4.99% administration fee applies. If the applicant has a pet, $35 monthly pet rent per pet applies (does not apply to assistive animals). All On Q Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package for $49. This package includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, a move-in concierge to make utility connection and home service setup simple, a Renter to Buyer program, and more.

Although, you don't have to live in Vail to attend Vail schools. many neighboring communities in Tucson get to attend the Vail school district schools without having to pay Vail township taxes for these schools. A great example of this is Rita Ranch, which is in Tucson, has a Tucson address, residents pay Tucson taxes but, their kids get to go to school at Vail schoola."

Schools are terrific. There is NO crime and if there was, bad guys watch out. People come out here for their privacy and as such buy larger lots of land and expect you to respect the land as much as they do. You can still see the stars at night as you are surrounded by the Rincons which block the city light glare. Shopping at walmart, walgreens, safeway, albertsons or frys is a meer 20" - 25" away. It's well worth the commute:)"
